Shipping Details Q. How soon should I place my order? A. To lock in our low prices, you should place your order sooner than later. We will make and ship your orders based on your preferred delivery date. Q. How long will it take to receive my order? A. Our standard delivery will get fortune cookies to your designated location(s) within 10 business days. If your order contains takeout boxes, labels and/or specials, please allow 2 extra days. Q. What if I need my order sooner? A. By choosing our priority process in the shopping cart, you can get cookies within 7 business days. If you need it sooner or have special requirements such as drop shipping, please call. Q. Do you ship internationally? A. Yes. As the nation's largest custom fortune cookie store, we do ship our goods internationally. You can even place your international orders via the website. Q. Can you drop-ship for us? A. Yes. Our world-class fulfillment center can ship your orders directly to your clients, tradeshow locations, ... Message Details (Message Samples) Q. How long can my message be? A. Make sure each of the messages is limited to 70 characters including spaces. Note: Messages for baby giant and giant cookies can be longer. Q. What if I don't know what to put? If nothing is typed or selected, your order will come with Traditional Messages from our Award-Winning Fortune Database. From "Original-Adult" or "Color" sections of the store, you can choose other message types. Q. How can I enter multiple messages? A. Please leave a blank line between messages. Q. How many messages can I have? A. Number of messages, which comes with a product, is clearly stated after you select the product. It is fine if you have fewer messages. The messages will be evenly distributed and mixed among your cookies. If you need more messages or have requirements such as logo, message separation or dual-side messaging, please call or e-mail us. Q. What other message choices do you have? A. Besides our Traditional (restaurant-like) fortunes, you can choose Adult, Baby Shower, Birthday, Graduation, Holiday, Love, and Wedding fortunes from our Award-Winning Database. Storage Details Q. How should I store my cookies? A. Our cookies are freshly made to your order. Please store fortune cookies at room temperature and do not put them into a refrigerator or place them under the Sun. Q. How are these cookies packaged? A. While our chocolate-dipped, baby-giant, and giant cookies may have different ways of packing, all other cookies are individually wrapped in a delicate transparent cellophane bag. Q. How long can these cookies stay fresh? A. Except chocolate-dipped fortune cookies, all other fortune cookies can stay fresh for months. Q. How to store chocolate-dipped fortune cookies? A. For chocolate-dipped fortune cookies, please keep them in a cool area (but no refrigeration). Without heat and sunlight, they will stay fresh for weeks. Express shipping is recommended. |
